"ATI researched a number of companies to provide quotes for a Bar Code system initially for our Work in Progress and Floor Stock Take purposes.
We eventually decided to use Scope Link for our system due to a few essential elements.
1. Their dedication to understand our requirements.
2. Provision of guidance in regard to how to structure flowchart documentation to define our requirements.
3. Visits to our site to understand the nature of the business in relation to structure of the bar code system to match our stock take and future manufacturing process.

Scope Link and specifically the understanding of the technical expertise and support by Marwan Shami was outstanding and his guidance in developing the flowcharts and system were invaluable.
Scope Link were always willing to help and support us throughout the installation process and recommendations as to the hardware we needed to support the bar code system, the stock take process peculiar to our company, and the links to our production application system. The support received from Scope Link and specifically from Marwan has been outstanding.

Having installed the system we derived substantial benefits in terms of manpower required to complete floor stock take and Work in progress stock take. In addition changes that need to be made to the system to cater for issues which were not thought of in the original design, were efficiently implemented by Marwan.

Prior to the implementation of the system our manual stock take was laborious, took a substantial amount of time and was subject to numerous handwritten errors and calculations. The subsequent checking of these errors was a difficult process.

The new bar code (QR code) system enabled ATI to complete both the Work in Progress and Floor stock take in half the time with less labour, thus providing substantial savings in both labour costs and time. In addition checking of variances was much simpler and quicker based on the design of the system.

We highly recommend their expertise and support during the process and look forward to further development of our bar code system to encompass other aspects of our manufacturing process in due course.."
